You can enter Northwood Park from either by turning right along Santry Avenue before you come to Days Hotel or alternatively by the new lights outside the Aerarran office and across the road from the rear of Oak View Estate, just past the Santry Stadium on the Old Airport Road.
When you turn into Nothwood Park at the lights and after about 800 mtrs you meet a roundabout having passed by the Crown Plaza Hotel , TLC Centre , the national Sports Injury Clinic all on your right.( All new apartments on the left )
Turn left at the roundabout and approx within 100mt you will see the Northwood Health and Fitness Centre on your left ( Car Park entry just prior to building )
